Sushi Bowl Salad Recipe (Vegan)

SUSHI BOWL SALAD (VEGAN)

FOR THE SALAD
1/2 head green leaf lettuce
1/3 chopped English cucumber
1 chopped carrot
2-4 green onions, chopped
1 small avocado, sliced
Cilantro (optional)
1/2-1 Cup cooked white rice
FOR THE SALAD DRESSING
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ginger
2.5 TBS peanut Butter
2 TBS soy sauce or coconut aminos
2 TBS sweet Chili Sauce
3 TBS water
Combine the salad dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Combine the salad ingredients. Top the salad with the salad dressing and enjoy!
