Eating plant-based has been a major game-changer for me and it’s been a positive influence on my family. That being said, it’s a good amount of work, even though it’s worth it. While I don’t do meal prepping, FOOD prepping has made it so much easier! GODDESS DRESSING RECIPE:

1/2 C tahini

1/4 C + 2 TBS water

2 TBS lemon juice

2 TBS apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp onion

1/2 tsp dried basil

In a blender or small mixing bowl, blend or whisk all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Can be used immediately or chilled before used. Store in the refrigerator.
